Terrible product, terrible customer service

After waiting a few weeks to receive my items, they arrived completely melted and essentially inedible due to how the candy is wrapped. Basically chocolate with aluminum wrapper interspersed throughout.

I reached out and provided pictures to customer service in the hopes that they could rectify the situation, either by replacing the items or by issuing a refund. Their response, however, was basically "too bad, so sad" and informed me that they aren't responsible for the state product arrives in, and that they will not be replacing the items or issuing a refund. Considering all they do is ship candy around the world, one would think they could manage to do it without the destruction of the product. As they are based in a continent currently experiencing a heatwave, I would strongly NOT recommend buying anything from this company, unless you like wasting your money and getting snide customer service responses. 0/10, would not recommend.
