Very disappointed
Extremely disappointing

Unfortunately, British Essentials did not care to provide an appropriate packaging, pick a responsible shipping partner with decent storage conditions and make sure the products are not destroyed in transit that took 6 weeks. The product arrived after being melted and deformed. I`ve contacted British Essentials, reported the problem and attached images of the damage. I asked for refund. Unfortunately, my request was ignored
