Nos riches biscuits aux noisettes à double chocolat végétaliens sont parfaitement cuits avec des morceaux de chocolat noir et de l'huile de noix de coco. Doublez le chocolat et sans produits laitiers! Ces biscuits végétaliens, biologiques et sans gluten sont fabriqués lentement et à la main par des pâteaux experts dans notre petite boulangerie suisse, nichés dans les contreforts des Alpes. Avec environ 16 biscuits par paquet, nos sacs de partage sont parfaits à déguster avec la famille et les amis sur une tasse de thé ou de café.

DON´T BUY FROM THIS STORE

I placed an order with this company in February. Part of the order was cancelled due to lack of stock, and instead of refunding me to my original payment method, they initially issued store credit without my consent. Only after multiple complaints did they agree to process a refund.

The remaining items were marked as dispatched on 19 February, but to this day, I have not received the order. The tracking information has not been updated for weeks.

Despite several emails, the company has failed to take responsibility for the missing parcel, attempting instead to shift the burden onto me by suggesting I contact the courier directly.

This is unacceptable. The seller is responsible for ensuring delivery, and the complete lack of resolution and communication reflects very poor customer service.

I strongly advise caution when purchasing from this company.
