Unfortunately, I was charged a very high amount for the delivery "service", which was not disclosed until after order confirmation. For the amount I paid, the order should have arrived within a week in a perfect condition to my home. In reality, it turned out to be the cheapest and worst delivery "service" available. I still wonder what was done with the money I paid, as the delivery company charges quarter of the price I paid for the "service" provided. The product arrived after 6 weeks to the collection point very far from were I live. The product and was damaged to the degree of being unusable (melted and disfigured). Clearly British Essentials did not care to provide an appropriate packaging, pick a responsible shipping partner and make sure the products are not destroyed in transit. They ignored my email and refused to take responsibility for that and refused to issue a refund. My money for both the product and the delivery "service" has been stolen from me.
