Our rich, vegan Double Chocolate Hazelnut Biscuits are perfectly baked with dark chocolate chunks and coconut oil. Double the chocolate and dairy-free! These vegan, organic and gluten-free biscuits are made slowly and by hand by expert pâtissiers in our little Swiss bakery, nestled in the foothills of the alps. With around 16 biscuits per pack, our Share Bags are perfect to enjoy with family and friends over a cup of tea or coffee.

DON´T BUY FROM THIS STORE

I placed an order with this company in February. Part of the order was cancelled due to lack of stock, and instead of refunding me to my original payment method, they initially issued store credit without my consent. Only after multiple complaints did they agree to process a refund.

The remaining items were marked as dispatched on 19 February, but to this day, I have not received the order. The tracking information has not been updated for weeks.

Despite several emails, the company has failed to take responsibility for the missing parcel, attempting instead to shift the burden onto me by suggesting I contact the courier directly.

This is unacceptable. The seller is responsible for ensuring delivery, and the complete lack of resolution and communication reflects very poor customer service.

I strongly advise caution when purchasing from this company.
